I am absolutely 100% against this, but before you all go nuts posting your comments about Ted the Murderer, or blindly accepting that Obama is driving this, you may want to do some verifying.
I had hoped Being Conservative would be a good source of information... clearly it is not. This is a page just set up to raise your ire. This is old news. Half of the money is already earmarked, to the tune of about $38.3 million. It's already gone folks. If you really want to stop this TELL YOUR CONGRESSMEN to stop it. The Being Conservative page is a waste of time. It's not too late to stop the next $30 million from being spent, but you're not going to do it by taking a poll on Facebook. And Obama isn't behind this, that's just propaganda to piss you off more. Sen. John Kerry and Rep. Edward Markey have in recent days tapped the government for $30 million more in the next budget. I am not a fan of Obama, but we need to stop blaming everything on him. If you're not voting at every election and contacting your Congressmen then the State of the Union is as much your fault as the President's. The Being Conservative website is designed to sell shirts and bumper stickers, folks. Hell, the Democrats may be running this thing to siphon off Conservative money.
You shouldn't blindly trust an anonymous entity on Facebook any more than you would blindly trust the government. Do your own research before you comment on the claims of anyone. In fact, verify what you just read...
